Abstract:

Literature and art publishing plays an important role in literature and art cause. Nowadays, there
are many problems in the literary and artistic works publishing. Such as quality works, literary theory and
criticism publishing, intellectual property, worship everything foreign and so on. Therefore, in order to solve the
problems and realize the value of publication, it should adhere to the principle of unify the "two benefits" and
"two kinds of value"，integrate of science and technology, perfect the system of literary criticism and awards,
improve the professional ethics of publisher.
